Conference Registration:
The fee for the conference is $98 and includes:
- Participation in Field Trips (space is limited) and Special Sessions
- Access to all conference plenary and breakout sessions and workshops
- Conference materials
- Networking events
- Interactive Poster Session
- Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, plus breakfast on Thursday
Note: Evening and after-conference experiences may incur additional fees (see details below).
Registration deadline is Monday, September 1, 2025.
Registrations are refundable until August 15, 2025. Day-of registrations will be accepted, and there will be an ability to pay for registration fees on-site. Day-of registrants are not guaranteed a meal.
Scholarships Available:
To limit barriers to participation, we offer scholarships for those needing financial assistance. Please note that these scholarships are limited and will be coordinated through the local AOC Advisory Committees. More scholarship information will be provided in Spring 2025.
